1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of peelgoodshop.com and any purchase you make from PEELGOOD. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Who can buy
You must be at least 21 years old to buy from PEELGOOD. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 or over and that the information you give us is accurate.

3. Our products
Pre-Party Strips are a dietary supplement. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on our site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Our products are not a substitute for drinking responsibly. Take no more than one strip per day. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, and speak to your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take medication.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from images on the site.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, you agree that we will charge your payment method automatically for each delivery, at the price and frequency shown before you checked out, until you cancel.

You can skip, change or cancel your subscription anytime in your account, before your next order is processed. We will send you a reminder before upcoming orders and tell you in advance about any price change.

6. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment in full.

7. Shipping
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days, and US delivery usually takes a further 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

8. Refunds and returns
Refunds and returns are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, including our Full 30-Night Guarantee.

9. Reviews and content you share
If you post a review, photo or other content on our site or tag us on social media, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and give us permission to share it on our site and channels. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.

10. Our content
All content on this site, including our name, logo, designs, text and images, belongs to PEELGOOD or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

11. Using our site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to access it without permission, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful.

12. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, PEELGOOD is not responsible for any indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of our site or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in the United States, you also keep the protections given to you by the consumer laws of your state.
